PT. Brightsource Pacific Indonesia is a property development company such as apartment, housing, condotel and resort that was established in 2009.

At the beginning of its establishment, PT. Brighsource Pacific Indonesia started its business by building properties in Bali areas such as U Pashaa in Seminyak, Casa Gracia Townhouse Residence Seminyak and Klapa Resort Dreamland Bali. This hotel and residential development is targeted at middle to upper class consumers.

In 2015, PT. Brightsource Pacific Indonesia began to expand its property portfolio by penetrating the islands of Java (Sawangan and Bekasi) by acquiring various properties that have potential both on a national and international scale.
